    #1 Medal of Honor, Silver Star and Bronze Star Sponsors - (this note applies only to these sponsors) You provide a vector logo/artwork for print suitable to fill a space up to 5'x5'. This is for placement on the stages and event banners. We provide the banners unless you have banners you want to use. Medal of Honor - We provide power, the canopy, tables and chairs for your Hero, VIP and Patriot areas. Silver Star and Bronze Star - We only provide power and the canopy in the Patriot area. We provide power, the canopy, tables and chairs for your VIP area. We encourage you to use branded canopy's if you have them.

    #2 Vendors - There are three vendor zones. Two are in the Patriot area and one is at the main gate. There are only 10 - 10'x10' Main Gate vendor spots. There is no charge for power (two outlets - 1x110v 2 outlet socket). You must provide a grounded (three prong) outdoor 25' extension cord. Additional power is $50. Generators are NOT allowed. Canopies are NOT provided. We will provide one 6' table only if you need it. You must provide your own chairs. Location chosen by event staff. Location is on a first come basis. Similar vendors will not be located together unless requested with the exception of food vendors. Food vendors will be located together in the food court area and other selected areas. Two Event GA tickets are included. If your crew is larger than 2, please let us know so we can make arrangements for you. There may be an additional fee depending on the size of your crew. Additional Vendor spots are $50. Vendors are required to provide a copy of thier business tax ID number.

    #3 Food Vendors - All Food Vendors will be located in the food court area located in the Patriot Zone. There is no charge for power (two outlets - 1x110v 2 outlet socket). You must provide and use a grounded (three prong) outdoor 25' extension cord. Additional power is $50. Generators are NOT allowed unless they are mounted to the truck. No free standing generators. Canopies are NOT provided. Four Event GA tickets are included. If your crew is larger than 4, please let us know so we can make arrangements for you. There may be an additional fee depending on the size of your crew. Additional Vendor spots are $50. Vendors are required to provide a copy of thier business tax ID number.

    #4 If category exclusivity is desired (only car dealership, only Pizza company, etc.…), please contact us to discuss further.

    #5 There is a 20% discount on multiple Sponsorship Levels and Banners. Discount is applied to the lowest sponsorship level chosen. (Discount does not apply to MOH, Silver Star and Bronze Star levels).

    #6 Bouncy House Sponsors - There are 2 sponsor slots per bouncy house. One Event GA ticket is included. You may choose which one to sponsor based on available slots and are offered on a first come, first served basis. Approximately 4 weeks prior to the event we will reach out to all bouncy house sponsors (In the ordered they signed up) so they may choose.

    #7 Banner Sponsors - (this note does not apply to the Medal of Honor, Silver Star and Bronze Star Sponsors) - You must provide a banner no larger than 3x6 horizontal or 3x5 vertical one week prior to event. One Event GA ticket is included. We can make your banner at a cost of $75 per banner.

    This is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. Refunds will only be given if the event is canceled .
